Refund and Returned Goods Policy

No material shall be returned without written permission and a return authorization number.  Goods returned without written permission may be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) handling charge, when granted.  No credited will be issued until the purchaser supplies the correct invoice number and data covering the original shipment of material.  All credits when issued will only apply to the original sale of materials and will be accessed a twenty-five percent (25%) handling charge.  All material must be in new condition in the original packaging.  Any outgoing freight charges paid by American Safety & Abatement Products, Inc. (ASAP) will not be credited.  All return freight charges are the responsibility of the returnee.  The foregoing applies only to items regularly stocked by ASAP.  Value of custom fabrication and non-stock items will be determined by ASAP.  ASAP will not authorize items returned after 30 days.
